Lala and Rob got Davis and Emerson tickets to a MSU vs TN basketball game for Christmas. The game was this weekend so we all loaded up and headed to MS in our orange. Minus Lala and rob, they wore their maroon!
Friday night at a local restaurant Emmy somehow got this carmel cake for FREE! It is a hilarious story about how basically she wanted to see their dessert options but she only had 28 cents, after multiple conversations with the workers she came back with all her money and the free piece of cake. Walker did try to pay for it but they refused, they said she had made their night and the cake was on them. This girl!!!
The kids were so ready for the game, it started at 2pm and they asked only a million times before lunch if it was game time! We swam in the pool, and wandered around MS but they were there for one reason and it was to watch some basketball! They were ready to cheer on their VOLS!
Little E was on her game! She cheered louder and prouder than anyone around! She knew when to holler defense, offense and few other choice phrases that Lala taught her!
We were winning the majority of the game, but when it got tied up and MSU started winning this little man was not happy!
Oh here Emmy is with a complete stranger. This girl is so full of life and never has any trouble meeting "friends." She has a true gift of joy and she loves to share....hopefully that won't get her in trouble one day.
SEE...the sadness!!! It was real!
All that ended though when Meme pulled the Meme card and got Davis a front row seat to see Robert Hubbs. She taught him in 3rd grade and Davis was really proud to get to meet him and get his autograph!!
