Last day of school

Well we made it! 6th grade and 3rd grade are officially over and I could not be more proud of my kids, their school, and this school year. They of course always enjoy photo shoot with mom! HA! 

Don't worry about us this is where we will be all summer! TOGETHER!! 

Evelyn graduated and of course we went to celebrate her and the other graduates from skyline! Such a fun, wet night!! 

Side by sides from the first day to the last day this school year. 

Davis has gotten out early several days for testing so we have enjoyed adventures together! 

Awards day for Emerson...To say we are proud is an understatement!! Academics are great but we are most proud of that plaque she is holding! Her classmates voted her for the Christian living award and that means so much! 

 

A night at the soup kitche

When your Shepard and his wife lead the way in serving others, you jump on board and join in on the fun. Serving at the soup kitchen was pure joy and fun. I am so glad to be near and dear to those who are constantly leading me closer to Jesus. We served lots of hamburgers, hotdogs, and laughed even more. I will never look at pickle juice the same!! 

Emerson is one brave little 9 year old. Our devo leader didn't' show up in time and so Emerson and Shea put a quick devo together. Watching your child shine her light in a dark world is what this momma prays for. She was a little nervous but so proud to share her God with others. 

 

Life lately

And sometimes your friends love your kids as their own...such a beautiful moment and so very sweet! We love Jordan so much and I love seeing my girl love her so much! Jordan took Emmy and a friend to lunch and ice-cream and the pictures show truly how much fun they had. 

Summer days have began...Here is to cherries, days spent outside, and playing in the water! 

Davis and Pops have been busy working on him a new tree house. 

A birthday well spent with my family!

Isn't it great that your small group celebrates birthdays! Kristen and I have the same birthday and oh what fun we have! 

THIS GIRL!! She is hip and so much fun!! 

Davis loves playing basketball and I love that he loves playing with his momma! Let the memories begin!~ 

Nights spent the sunroom room with a good fire going and even better company!!

I love my precious momma! She's the matriarch of our family and we love her big. Not a day goes by that she doesn't put others first, answer all the nurse questions, mend anything has gotten ripped, and so much more.
